Top Positive Review

“A very convinient service”

This Privacy cards are very very helpful and made my life much easier and way better. So very convinient. Their services enables me to make purchases online or through phone without worrying about my card detals being stolen or having unexpected additional and recurring charges. Very reliable and has not let me down for the past 5 months I've been using them

Top Critical Review

“Great idea, terrible racist company.”

Don't use for anything important! I really like the idea of Privacy as advertised - burner one-time cards and setting spending limits for purchases online. My first month went so well that I switched all my regular bills and utilities to it as well, just to help keep my bank account organized in my budget. But, my second month of use was so bad I switched everything off it again. As I was setting up a new bank account, I had two instances of a Privacy purchase going through to a funding account that didn't have enough money in it. My mistake, and it makes sense that that funding source would be suspended until funds are updated. But that's not how it works - they turn off ALL of your payments, "pending review"! This means that if I bought a little too much in groceries, then my electric bill and phone bill won't go through, from a completely separate bank account! AND, since it takes several days for the purchases to pull from your bank, you could be defaulting on bills for three days without being notified by Privacy. To me, this is unacceptable. Again, totally admit that I should have had money in that one account, but Privacy should not assume that all SIX of my separate bank accounts/funding sources don't have funds. Don't use Privacy for anything actually important.
