These crap colleges truly don't give a Sh** about their students. Using LAME software like ProctorU proves that all these colleges want is your cash then they will watch you drown! No one speaks English and the "help" link, and why in the hell would they care if I'm having issues! F@** these schools! No wonder they are all closing! Before taking an online class, ask if they use this $#*! proctoring software! Then go somewhere else!

This is the worst company I have ever used and caused me so much money and stress. This is the worst thing I have ever used. Avoid at all costs. Do not use.

First, no one speaks english, second, they will terminate your test whenever and however they want without any just reason. They can assume and misinterpret how they feel and then your up a creek without a paddle. Terrible experience across the board. I dealt with 3 different proctors during the test, all didnt speak english and were not on the same page, all perceived what they saw differently, they made an assumption and didnt communicate anything to me and jumped to the conclusion i used my cell phone, i did not use my cell phone at any point, Go ahead and watch the video for crying out loud, visual evidence i did not, yet the assumed i did for whatever reason and your screw for 21 days. I called everyone, no one could help and no one cared, they got their money and that is all that matters. Terrible service, do not use, waste of money, worthless scum of the earth app and employees. 0 Stars awarded.

I was taking a College course on line and had to go through proctor u to take my final exam. It was disorganized. Making an account and setting up the time to take the test was easy. You just had to know your college name, teachers name, and the class. You also needed a web cam with audio ready to go. The day of the exam I logged on and connected with customer service. They were not pleasant, They women that was helping me was rude and asking me where I needed to sign up to take the test. I can actually see her face and her attitude just coming off the screen. I had no idea what she was asking because my teacher didn't tell me where to go in my program for the test. The women looked through my computer and finally found it. Then, I started taking the test. They are watching your every move and watching what your doing on your computer. Out of nowhere, something happened where I couldn't take the test because they lost communication with my computer. This happened 3 times on my exam. I had a total of 1hour and 20 minutes to take the exam. They took a total of 30 minutes off of my exam time. They said they would notify the teacher but it didn't happen. I had to quickly take the rest of my Statistics exam and got a bad grade due to the interruptions. I would advise you to ask your professor where the exam is going to be located on your online course website and tell them about reviews about Proctoru's disorganization. There is a review to take after your test about their service. Overall, I really wasn't happy with the customer service and about the interruptions on my exam.
