I purchased a product online from: https://productkey24.com/us. They took my money but did not have the product in stock as advertised; consequently unable to download the Microsoft Office 2011. I had to purchase it from another source since needed it urgently for business. It was purchased from Microsoft directly. They are unwilling to give me a refund on my purchase with them. They asked for a receipt for my Microsoft purchase and would not accept the screen shots I took from the Microsoft website, my account. Seriously unethical and bad business. It didn't cost much from Productkey24.com but it's the principle of the thing.
