This is a $#*!in scam your website clearly stated "after your cancellation request is sent to us give 48 hours for it to be processed and canceled" but come to find out after calling this scam site, you sent a email saying for me to call in order to cancel wtf. I'll be fighting this bs cause I have proof via screen shots and the last 2 phone conversation of me trying to cancel my subscription with that sad excuse of customer service. I even have her saying clearly that I requested for my account to be canceled before my free trial ended. But I still was charged

I contacted these people to inform them that I never requested their services but that they were attempting to charge my debit card fir multiple various amounts. I gave them my name and phone number and the last four numbers of my card they were attempting to charge. The man said he saw "my account" but he needed my email and last four of my social security number in order to cancel! For what? So he could create more fake accounts in my name or who knows what else? He refused to cancel this fraudulent account and today after more than ten attempts with different amounts, finally a charge went through! I am pursuing legal action for sure! Stay away from these criminals!
I canceled and the even sent email saying my request was updated the cpl months here they r taking more money and won't return it not to mention is not accurate at all
Read the Terms of Use carefully before giving them any payment information! Don't be an idiot like me. I thought I read carefully when I signed up for the $1 five day trial. Obviously, I missed something. The customer service rep informed me that, when I signed up, I did not specify whether I wanted the one month subscription for $29.95 or the three month subscription for $59.85. I don't recall seeing an option, but maybe I just overlooked it. I certainly would have chosen the one month subscription if I had seen it. Anyway, I missed the five day window to cancel, and have now been charged $68.22. Because I allegedly didn't select a monthly plan, they automatically charged me for the three month plan. Of course! The rep said this was also on the signup page. When I called them to get further information, I had a long delightful conversation about the wording on their website. The rep did cancel my membership for me and issued a refund for 50% of what I was charged today. $34 is a rather costly mistake in my book, but at least I'm getting that (within 3-5 business days). Ugh To be honest, the little bit of info they provided was barely worth $1. I definitely learned my lesson.
