I have dealt with PSART for 15 years. They used to turn out a product of sublime beauty, with excellent carving and gilding. They took great pride in their products. My recent purchase of 4 matching finish 23K gilded frames came ias a real surprise, 8 weeks in production instead of the 5 weeks normally, and each of the 4 (supposedly matching frames) had been finished in completely different manor, one even had the incorrect karat gold. Sad. No longer dealing with them.
