Someone needs to come up with a system that doesn't force you to give the company one star when they are stealing from every customer. I just like many reviews here was charged $19.99 for several months without my knowledge. I've disputed the claim with my credit card company and they are going to credit me for the last month but that's all they will do. Why is there no recourse?

I have never heard of this company! I was going through my bank statements and all the sudden there are charges on my account I did NOT AUTHORIZE! Trying to get through to them to cancel is a total joke! Been on hold now for over an hour! I may have to cancel my debit card I've had for over 40 years and get a new number at this point! This is the type of crap I SHOULDN'T have to deal with! Something else to worry about! Why can't life be easy like it used to be? If they used those crooked, thieving, spiteful brains to actually do something other than scam innocent victims out of their hard earned money, and actually put their minds towards a real job, they just might be millionaires! Or even billionaires!

My complaint, like every other complaint here, is that this company charged me for two months (the second month I caught in time and put a stop payment). I never signed up to this program. This company is a complete fraud. I'm trying to get the first payment back. I'll see how that goes.

I NEVER got in touch with this company and they tried to get 19.99 dollars from me but thank God they were unsuccessful. Watch out there thief's!

I have reported this company to the BBB twice now. I have had to close my bank account that I have had for many, many years because they keep charging me a monthly fee for what, idk! I've never used NEOBOD, do not want NEOBOD, am damn near 60 years old and am happy with my own damn bod!
This company will not respond to me or the BBB. Nothing.

This company is rippin people off... Don't know anything about them. Or way they think they can just take 19.99 out of your account... Let's stop this mess...

There was an ad on facebook marketplace offering a free gibson guitar if you answered 4 questions and picked the right box. You then put in your information including credit card. Then one of their representatives inform you that you have to have a subscription to Neobod to get the guitar. I declined. Then a couple of weeks later I then got charged $19.99 that I did not authorize. I called *******558 and told them to cancel. I now see a credit but may still have to block my card...DO NOT FALL FOR MERCHANDISE THAT IS GIVING AWAY SOMETHING FOR THE SHIPPING COST!

128 complaints with the Better Business Bureau in the last 12 months alone. How are they still getting away with this? All these people asking people asking for help and no government agency is stepping up to protect them much less their bank or the BBB. This is disgraceful.

This company is trying to charge USD 20 (19.99 to be exact) from my credit card - Maybank Grab Mastercard Platinum Credit Card issued by Maybank Malaysia. I've made online transaction on Shopee using that credit card recently (not sure if that's why my credit card info was leaked, couldn't think of why they can charge my credit card without the security code.). Transaction with company name "Pure Energy Neo Bod" appeared on my credit card statement in June 2022. They have multiple company names registered (refer to keywords below). Please add in if you found any.

I have two charges one for September one for October for 19.99 for products from this company that I'm not only didn't order but not have I haven't received and I want to refund and I can't get a hold of them

This company attempted to charge my card for 19.99, thank goodness it was declined by my credit card company as restricted store. Everyone needs to be aware.

They hit my account without my permition! Don't even know how they got my card number? Crooks <>< God sees, God knows! Amen!
