Claim Your Businesspureliftultra.com. I have found it hard to contact the "great" customer service. There is no such company in Australia, Directory could not locate them? UK & USA Customer Service don't pick up. The public relations site, is full of it, I emailed the *******@clearultra.com only to get it sent back unsuccessful? Seems to only confirm everyone elses frustration in trying to get some answers. The lesson here is not to trust a site that only has direct phone for customer service, and to do our due diligence, google and see what others think etc. Im not happy being duped.
My sister warned me about this site so I thought I would post it here. She somehow believed that a cream can rebuild collagen... I almost laughed at her when she said this as that is just not true. But I did feel bad when she told me how she couldn't get this company to stop charging her credit card. Girls, creams do not rebuild collagen... small companies like this do not have some magic ingrediant that can make you look 10 years younger. If it really were the case then then multibillion dollar companies like Loreal would have it too. These types of companies are all scams and trying to trick women into parting with their hard earned money.
Total scam. I got an offer through an Australian Survey Panel for a sample of PureUltraLift. I am one for trying samples so thought, Okay. The offer was pay postage only $4.49 and only $1 with a coupon code. I entered the required information and immediately my account was detucted a much greater amount (over $11). I then saw that it was US$ and tried to cancel - thought I had. Some weeks later I recieved a bottle of the product in a padded Post Bag (australian) with no return address. 2 days later my account is charged $79.95. So much for time to send the product back. After much hunting and panic (this is a fortnight's groceries for me) I found a free call from Australia number (which doesn't work). I then sat up until after midnight so I could 'phone the other cancel number in the US. I have been charged the $79.95 whether I like it or not and the email confirmation I got of the cancellation of further 'subscription' came from insidersecretstips.com. This is a weight loss program. I'm terrified I'm going to be charged even more.
This website is a scam. They advertise a one month product trial of Purelift Ultra for $4.95 (plus $9.95 shipping outside USA). My credit card was charged immediately when I ordered the trial product. I received 1 ounce of trial cream in the mail. What they don't tell you is that they charge you another $79.95 14 days later (not 1 month) without your approval and they will keep charging you $79.95 per month until you cancel AND YOU EVEN DON'T EVEN GET ANYMORE CREAM FROM THEM FOR 3 MORE MONTHS, if you want to pay another $240.00. WOW, that is one expensive trail for 1 ounce of cream. Furthmore, they also automatically entroll you with 2 other "partner members" Insider Secrets and Weightloss e-book package, without your consent and more charges appear on your credit card. WeightLoss e-Book Package and Insider Secrets. I don't even know what these are or how to access them. I thought that I had declined these memberships after giving them my credit card number for the trial product, but apparently I was enrolled with them anyway. Only when I saw my credit card statement did I realize I had 2 memberships I did not want (once I finally figured out what these charges were for). I had not website access information for these partners and didn't even know what I had purchased. I finally figured out what these charges were and who I had to call to cancel them. I have cancelled everything and hope I have no futher credit card charges.
