I have used this for a few weeks with good success. It stopped working well within the warranty period and that's when the problems began. Pyle and parent company Sound Around have done nothing but given me the run around. Over a period of weeks multiple phone calls, chats, and emails have gone un-answered. They did end up giving me a claim number but still no guidance on how to get it repaired/replaced. No more Sound around or pyle products for me.

Tip for consumers:

In support of the guarantee, they have only one goal or almost, his; Do not do anything.

* They ask you to open a PAYPAL account (also said usable by fraudsters and ransomeware...) even if the customer does not have one. Otherwise no refund (even minimal). When the possible solution of an amazon gift card is so easy to obtain and send to the customer. No adaptation to the customer's method of payment.
* They are not manufacturers or designers (they only sell generic, often non-exclusive products) and claim to have a service and repair shop.
* They want to make customers pay for transportation costs (round trip) (which the warranty does not cover) when they know very well that they will not be able to repair.
* They don't have the firmware for their products and know they can't fix it in advance and you won't get anything by returning your product.
* They continue to portray the customer as the problem, but their methods do not.
* They undervalue your product and if they have to send a new one, they deduct it from the price.

In the end, it offers a guarantee, an example; which could cost you between $165 and $210 CAD to get a new or like-new device. When the purchase of their brand new (generic) costs between 150 and 200$ CAD max. So; as much to say that they have no guarantee if one exceeds the 30 days of the sales site.

Horrible service is an appropriate word, but maybe; "crooks" too. Amazon should consider stopping selling its items.

So you might as well buy a new one (2 x cheaper in procedures), and take the opportunity to take another supplier.

Tip for consumers:
Dont buy Pyle, if you can have others choices

I purchased the Pyle wireless Bluetooth speaker. The advertisement claimed is had 500 watts. When I received the speaker it was - 24 Watts! The charging card was also super flimsy and could only charge the speaker for maybe half an hour and didn't fit properly in the charging port. I contacted the company, and
Amazon.
Over the course of months I kept receiving responses from Pyle, that my complaint had to be reviewed from the head of the department. They asked me to send a video and photos of the product and showing that it was me who had it and a screenshot of the invoice, which I did numerous times to no avail.
Though I consistently asked for a return address, I was never sent one. Then I was told that it was too late to return the product. When I addressed the fact that they had consistently, failed to send me the return information, over the course of months, they stopped making any contact with me at all. And just repeatedly sent me the same email saying it was too late to return the product and to this day I still haven't received a refund or any more information from them.

Second one won't even turn on first one sounded bad I will spend my money elsewhere tried calling but wouldn't through.

They will not honor their warranty their customer service is horrible Because they said the store shere I got my speakers from is not affiliated with them and because of that I have to pay $35 + shipping for a remote that wasn't shipped with my speakers

Purchased a pyle automobile backup camera kit, but let it sit for 8 months before installing it. While installing had issues with the monitor buttons not working and the screen eventually would not light up anymore. A little annoyed but had a year warranty on it, figured I would get it fixed/ replaced. Thats when I really got annoyed. Emailed them on the 13th of august, twice, got no response. Aug 19th started a chat with their online support. Was told someone would return an email, they did 10:52pm that night. Customer service was stated 9am-5pm. They have emailed me almost every night for the last week (between 10pm and 1:30am eastern time) asking for information on filing issues and purchase verification and sometimes asking for the same thing twice. All this could have been settled in a 5-minute phone call but try and find a customer service number to call. It is now aug 26th and they asked me again for my shipping information so they could make up a return shipping label and have courteously explained that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to repair and return item. I will keep you informed, unless I die of old age before the unit comes back.

I have been considering getting a portable steam home sauna (steam bath) for quite some time, I looked at some cheap ones, but I wanted one to work like a built in unit at the house. I wanted to be able to get in completely. Another thing I wanted is to use it with different aroma therapy oils so that I could get additional benefits. This meant my head had to be inside.

After thinking about all the different designs, and prices available, I decided to buy one of these. I bought it from the company division (Serene Life). I originally thought to install it in the bathroom, but it was too big, so I am creating a space in the laundry room. The size of this is excellent, and before you buy it think about where you will put it. It is a 3 foot square footprint that is 6 feet tall. It needs some extra footprint for the water heater. Measure carefully, and to visualize it, place a piece of cardboard on the floor where it might go.

While waiting I decided to set it up in the bedroom, and have used it a couple times. It works great. I even used some Rosemary oil drops into the water, and it was nice. I will buy some different oils for different things for my health. It gets hot enough in there to sweat a lot, which brings toxins out of your body. There is another health benefit, but cautious to mention it as med pros would not want you to know.

The only bad things I see about it is the little chair; It is too short, and the steam is too close to your feet and one leg. You have to position yourself so as to not get burned. Also getting out of this chair is difficult if you are tall like me 6'1"+. And you need to place a towel on the chair. The chair is where I removed one star or it would have been 5 stars.

Yes, this is a little more money than some of the others, but it is worth it. I will be using this every day from now on. If you have been considering one, don't wait and start enjoying the added health benefits.
