Despite their promises and multiple emails assuring me with a tracking number, it turned out to be nothing more than a label creation. The shipment has not been sent out, and I've spent a month chasing after them for answers. Each time, I receive the same generic response of apologies and excuses about checking with their logistics company. This kind of negligence and unfulfilled promises are simply unacceptable, and I urge everyone to steer clear of Raypom to avoid similar frustrations and disappointments. Never buy from this site!
