The customer service team of the company is clueless about the delivery schedules. They often make excuses and waste your time. Sadly, they have no real answers!
They are picky with their clients instead of the clients being the one who's picky. It wasn't a great customer experience and would never go back again.
If you like being called stupid and belittled by the owners sister, then you'll love this place. Plus, everyone is in such a chipper mood to be in such a toxic work environment. RDI is not a place to make a career.
Use anyone else. Joke of a diamond company. Terrible service, rude clueless employees. Shipping always messed up
