We received all emails from Chris Blake, and as we are an online based business only we realized that after several attempts to reach her went unobserved we took it upon ourselves to contact her via our personal line. We went above and beyond for this hostile customer who stated her tracking number did not work. She contacted us multiple times a day asking for the same information over and over again, in which we responded back with the working tracking number. She states that our email does not work in which we advised her that we have been receiving all of her emails and she may want to check her spam inbox. The tracking number DOES in fact work. She is stating that she never received her glasses, yet USPS is stating that they are arriving at her doorstep today. Small businesses BEWARE of this deceitful person who will stop at nothing to destroy your reputation. This customer will be receiving her glasses for free. She has made several false allegations about our company. In our existence of business we have never dealt with any of these issues. All of our customers have been extremely pleasant, and we appreciate their business!

They claim they have no 800 phone number to "keep costs down". PROBLEM is, they have NO PHONE NUMBER to call at all. I have heard nothing from them since I yelled at them on their online form. Calling my VISA to cancel my order before they rob me worse. THIS REVIEW IS ALSO GOING TO the CT AG'S OFFICE and CONSUMER PROTECTION. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ONLINE THIEVES~
