Totally ripped off. They said they could sell my timeshare in 6 months and that they have a high selling ratio. You pay $900 for them to sell your timeshare, which you will get back when it's sold. You will get an offer. In the fine print they say, you will lose your $900 if you get an offer... not if you sell your condo! That's the catch. I did receive an offer 3 days before my contract was to expire, I contacted the seller, but no one ever answered the phone or my emails, therefore I lost my $900, because it was an offer! I tried several phone calls, letters and no one would get back to me about this stupid rule...! Very costly mistake, don't go thru them to sell your timeshare. BIG RIPOFF!
