I hired them to help me recover $25 100 that I had lost to a fake mining pool and after they took their charge of $3000
They still ended up ghosting me, if you know you would not do the job, refund my money. I cannot afford to lose money both ways. This people are a scam, AVOID Reclaim crypto!

Since June 2022 there has been no progress, I have been bounced around to different case managers that want information that I had already submitted to them. They are now gaslighting me and saying that I haven't complied with them. I have literally done everything they asked me to do and I haven't heard from them at all. I asked for a refund and they refused. I feel like I was scammed for over 5 grand from crypto and now an additional 1 grand from reclaim crypto. The money I lost is not worth dealing with them.

This company is 100% a scam! As per my last complaint, they prey on vulnerable victims, only to steal MORE money from them. They also sent me a suspicious email from "compliance" randomly the other day saying that they "recovered" my money and they'd get back to me with the next steps, but again, it is just a scam to steal my money. I responded to the email and they did not reply back, nor answer when I attempted to call by phone. The company also claims to have a money back guarantee. It's all a lie and they should be out of business. They reached out to me a YEAR later saying they recovered my money without being in contact with me!?! Yeah right! Run while you still can! If they did recover my money, I'm still waiting for them to send me my check for $19,700. They have my address, but have not sent me my "recovered" money. Have I mentioned it's a scam?
