Had acupuncture from Harmony and massages from Barbara. Both women were very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. They have helped me with my issues and I am grateful to both of them. I would highly recommend this center and these clinicians!
Was not the deep tissue I was expecting. At one point actually thought masseuse was reading her phone as she lightly circled an area.
There's no other way to put it: the healing power of this practice is like magic to me. Within the first month of treatment, I saw a dramatic decrease in the symptoms that were plaguing me for so long. Harmony listens and zeros-in to the root of the problem and develops a plan that WORKS! I can't say enough good things about Reclaim Wellness! So happy I found this place.
It does indeed! From the sounds, smells, warm greetings from Sharon at the front desk to the amazing care and treatment from Harmony & Lauren... it's all part of the "awesome" experience (see their welcome sign when you enter their space!) And, let's not forget how effective and relieving the actual treatments are! It's my place to go for not only relief but preventive treatment as well!

I've been going to Reclaim Wellness for several years now and I couldn't ask for a better team to oversee my overall health. I'm very impressed with the time and energy they put in to ME as a patient. They are super compassionate and I know they are looking out for my best interest. The amount of different services they provide are pretty impressive. I've seen Barbara the massage therapist on several occasions and she's awesome. Harmony & Lauren have just been wonderful to work with!

Great experience with both Harmony and Lauren. They listen and are very detailed oriented with their clients. I appreciated their approach with help in perimenopausal symptoms. I went from feeling around a 5 to a 9 in a couple of visits and support with lifestyle changes. If you don't take time for your health, you will be forced to with your sickness. Just my quality of life has improved and for that, I am grateful.

I really enjoyed my weekly visits to Reclaim Wellness and my time with Lauren. The office is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, Acupuncture brought no relief to my symptoms. Like many sad break-ups, "It's not you, it's me."

I was impressed from the first 1-1/2 hour info intake meeting with Harmony that took into account a whole body and mind approach to the single issue I inquired about. That interest and level of care continues to accompany each session.

What's there not to love about Reclaim Wellness? The moment you step in you're greeted by the best Sharon! The vibe is so calm in here and you immediately feel at peace even before starting acupuncture. Lauren and Harmony have absolutely changed my perspective around health and have helped me understand my own health so much more!
I had never tried acupuncture until I came to Reclaim Wellness and i’m so glad I finally decided to start. I was dealing with hormonal acne, low iron levels and hair loss. Since I started we have been working on these symptoms and i’ve seen tons of progress so far :) I haven’t gone in a couple months and I miss it so much! Definitely worth it so i’m coming back ASAP!
My experience at Reclaim Wellness was wonderful! I had acupuncture treatments for sciatica that relieved my pain as well as yearly functional medicine evaluations with expert guidance on supplement and lifestyle choices to optimize my health and well being. The past year was challenging to find over all wellness until I started getting the acupuncture sessions and massages at Reclaim Wellness. I am so happy that I found them. Lauren and Harmony are the best! My life has changed in so many ways for the positive. I am making acupuncture sessions part of my wellness routine now. The office environment is good. The receptionist, Sharon, is very friendly, competent and organized. Harmony and Lauren are also personable and warm and informative. The therapy rooms are comfortable.

I have been going to Reclaim Wellness from day one and was a patient of Harmony years before that. She and Lauren are excellent wholistic practitioners that provide results. Reclaim Wellness's founder devoted herself to the study of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine after being diagnosed with cancer first in 1997 and again in 2001, later receiving a stem cell transplant. During her treatments for Lymphoma, she was convinced that there was a missing component to her recovery – a lack of attention to her whole body and mind well-being. She actively sought out and found Traditional Chinese Medicine as the perfect complement to her traditional cancer therapies.
The use of acupuncture and herbal medicine helped her to attain a complete recovery with some degree of herself intact. Fortunately, she can proudly say that she is a cancer survivor.
Today. Because of this experience, she has committed to working with cancer patients like herself to help them in their full body and mind well-being and recovery. She has focused many hours of continuing education in the field of Functional Medicine to combat the growing problem of chronic disease in our country.
This allows her to address the underlying causes of disease by shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach. She feels strongly that wellness can be achieved by using the time-honored practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine along with the core concepts of Functional Medicine to address the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.
