Purchased a watch at the beginning of February for 5 - 15 business days. It is now May and I still do not have it. I've emailed the customer service numerous times with no response. Also during the process of purchasing i tested out two discount codes and they charged me twice. In their rules and regulations section it says if you write them within 24ho0urs they will cancel the order. Obviously this did not happen since no one answers any emails.
Im very disappointed because I did not get any reply from there side this is disrespect and totally unacceptable to treat your customers like this i ordered galaxy watch I I received an email from them saying it usually took 5-14 days its been 12 days since then I and don't have an clue were has it reached honestly I don't think I am getting the product or money back
Placed an order in May, this is August still to receive the item and no tracking number provided DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
