I ordered from this website twice so far. I was unsure at first, but they were a Google sponsored search result so I figured they'd be OK. Product was shipped same day, and came three days later. No complaints on the product either.

Great products, terrible customer service.

I had to have an order held and shipped to another address. It took over a week to get them to respond. They finally said they'd changed the address. It took them another several days to get them to respond again and actually ship my order. They sent it to the wrong address and lost it.

I've tried to work with them on recovering the order and getting it re-shipped, but they're adamant that the mis-shipment was my fault. The contact form on the website is often broken and they refuse to provide a way for me to contact them reliably. They seem oblivious to the log of all the messages we've exchanged.

I have been ordering from them for months and never had a problem until they suddenly went out of stock of the most popular products. They did'nt tell me they were out of stock until I had already paid them. I emailed they the responded immediatly offering an exchange for a diferent product or my money back. They never put my 145 dollas back on my card. I emailed and emailed and emailed and never got an answer. I still order from them bc I really needed the product and havn't had a problem since. They still have not emailed me about my refund. There product is good and they have fast shipping. Normaly arrives in 3 to 4 days.
