“It should be no stars”

Every place I have tried to use the card at american express declines the transaction and then will take $0.10 off the amount of the card. At first I thought ok so this company doesn't take american express... then I tried one that I knew did and it was an amount a dollar under what was on the card. It was declined by American Express. I will never get another one of these cards. I will just stick to paypal.
