I have had such a GREAT service from this company/website that I don't even know where to start. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB SERVICE - RECOMMENDED! Dealing with them is very easy and transparent.

From what I can tell, the only guy that's reviewed them on this site is the guy that works for them. Not sure how many Kish's there are but that is the name of the guy I've been dealing with since the initial team disappeared.
Got promised lots of stuff, and paid an extremely high premium for what they said was a premium product over 3k. Worst of all, they got me to create the majority of the art work and written content used for the site, which I was under the impression was included in the cost and would be done by them.
Within 3 months of paying for services, the facebook site went down which they refused to fix as Facebook had changed their layout, I accepted this. I was told that I would have a functional and easy to use site with instructions. Took 6 months to get instructions and they were less than easy to use. After approximately 9 years I must say, for a company that say they are extremely good at what they do they definitely are not worth the large price tag. Without fail my website went down time after time and instead of explaining to me the basics of updating etc they just continued to take money/ maintenance hours to fix what should have been in the instructions that were promised. A easily serviceable website. I eventually taught myself and kept it running much better than they did. They also failed to do simple things like install spam filters and the such, basic things for any internet site. They also continually tried to contact me on the wrong email address, though I gave them three and a phone number. Eventually, I tried to explain that their billing system was weird and that it read that I was paying for years in arrears, they actually credited me these. Which I was appreciative of. They then failed to notify me by correct emails, or even call me when my current period expired, yep I know, I should have known when it ran out, my bad. But after several days of trying-to get hold of them, they say $1000. 00 for two years hosting. I can not pay this, I am working on non profit, tell them this. 2 days later, try to port my website out and I'm informed as per our agreement they have deleted all my stuff. Website and emails. 9 years of work. If they treat a client of 9 years that has spent in the excess of 3.5k with them, then I am wondering how they would treat anyone else. This is just my experience, all I can say, is be very wary.
