I ordered an item on June 8 with a promised 2-week shipping time. (now August 11). The item never arrived, and the tracking number provided shows that it is still in the sender's country. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I have received the same "appreciate your patience" message with no solution or explanation for the delay.

After waiting more than 2 months, I was finally told that they need 30-60 days to get a response from their shipment partner. For some reason, they believe this is my problem and not theirs. I am still waiting for a resolution, and I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my item.

This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I am out the money I paid for the item, and I have no way to get a refund or a replacement. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Rise Store to think twice. You are taking a big risk if you do business with this company.

I contacted customer service 5 times.
I am still waiting for a resolution. Will fill a claim with my payment gateway.

As a first-time customer, I ordered some products to try on for size during a sale. It wasn't apparent when I purchased that I couldn't get a refund if the products didn't fit. Their size "S" shirts were way too big, and they don't carry a size XS. When contacting customer service, it took several days before they responded (between every message), and even though they didn't have a size that would fit me, they still refused to give me a refund. They only quoted their "terms of service" and "returns policy" and dismissed my concerns. I haven't made an online purchase I can remember in recent years that didn't allow for returns, and most offer free returns. Not only did I have to pay to send the products back to RISE, but their returns policy says they'll also charge me the original shipping cost. This negates any "sale" price and even costs me more than the original price I paid. Unless you know exactly the perfect size that would fit you and that they carry your perfect size, I would avoid making any purchases here. Especially during a "sale" - otherwise, you'll get stuck dealing with terrible customer service and paying more money to try and get things straightened out. I'd say to avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.

I kept one t-shirt that actually did fit me. The quality is nice, but my experience with customer service makes me not want to be an advertisement for their company.

Would advice against this brand. I bought a pair of joggers and 3 months later i have not recieved my joggers and whenever i ask the customer service about this they tell me to cover the shipment so they can send me a new pair. Absolute garbage customer service and shipment method. I have no idea how they lost my item and why they cant do anything with it? Please keep away from this.

This company does not care about their customer base. They only care about profits. If you are going to purchase items, make sure they fit. If they don't fit. They expect the returned product to look exactly like it did when it left the store. When they received my returned, they claimed the one hoodie was full of animal hair and only exchanged the other hoodie I didn't try on cause it was the same model just different color. They returned the original hoodie back to which I inspected myself and there was no animal hair on it. So now out of fear for not knowing if their product line will fit (they seem to cater to small athletic types and not bodybuilders even though they advertise for bodybuilders), if I take it out of the packing and try it on. They likely won't exchange or refund. Customer service wasn't interested in working with me for a solution. They just stuck to their guns and policies. Also. Be careful, on their website they mark some items as final sale. This means they will not exchange or refund those items at all, not even the same product say a different color. I won't be returning to this company

Never recieved my package. They told me to check postoffice. When i did it was already sent back. They blame me for not picking it up and wont give me my money back.

Tip for consumers:
Dont order when in EU, just spend a little more and buy SBD

First time customer ordered a T shirt for my son. The shirt was ok in length but tight around the chest and arms. He tried it on once and it wasn't washed. Aside from the regular shipping I had to pay, I now have to pay return shipping which cost $23!. 2 weeks later still hadn't heard from them, so sent them a couple messages to inquire. They responded that it was most likely in their warehouse I told them it had been 2 weeks since they've received it according to tracking. Long story short after a few emails back and forth they said they could not take it back because it had been washed and there were some imperfections in the print. Seriously! It was Not washed and any imperfections was the way I received it. So now I'm about $30 into this in just SHIPPING charges with a shirt that does not fit. Very frustrating. Save yourself the headache and money. Pick a company that allows easy returns and doesn't leave you frustrated and paying a fortune in shipping.
