I worked with Brian and Cristo to get a case expedited and they were incredibly helpful and supportive through the whole process. I really appreciated their effort and support.
These people make horrible rack cases. Unfinished sharp and jagged metal, rivets driven in like nails and not spread, wrong size rivets used (too short to go through the wood and the trim together), splintered wood everywhere. Worst customer service. They claim to do no wrong, and that they never make mistakes. Had to file claims with Paypal and the BBB to get my money back. They actually go under several business names, Roadie Products, Road Cases USA, Hybrid Cases, New York Case Company, and probably others... all out of Holbrook, NY.
