I made the order January 5 and by March 1 still no status change in my account. There was not even a FedEx tracking. I dont think they ever processed the order. So unfortunately because I really like their clothes.

I payed for my items to be shipped fast it took a month. Then when it finally arrived the clothes was to small I contacted them via what's app told them my size was too small she she mia would have to see about my order she'll contact me soon still no call text from Mia this company its awful the material of the clothes are extremely cheap do not buy anything from them.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site material is extremely cheap & they do not care about refunds anything

Products used:
No products because they where extremely small I ordered a 2x my 12 year old can fit the outfits

I placed an order on 11/08/20 today is 11/19/20. My items have yet to be shipped. On the site it says up to 5 days processing. That time has passed. I also placed two separate orders. I would not recommend them. I will be calling my bank for a refund.

Yes, we promise to process orders in 5 days and arrange to ship out as soon as all products are ready (there might be some styles waiting for new stock that will take more days).
If you want to get the order in a short time, please contact our customer service to urge deliver.
Or if you don't want to wait for the new stock, you can ask them to cancel the unavailable styles and send you the refund.

I received 2 blazers from RosFancy and I must say that the quality of the blazers are really good. I get the same blazer in 2 different color.

These people will take your money and they will not give you your complete order I ordered a lot of things from them that were torn some of my clothes had things and some of my stuff they never sent and they refuse to refund me they are cheap and very cheap and they rip you off trust me!

I placed an order on 11/11/20 and it's 12/4/20 no update, no response to emails or fb communication!

This company sucks they have poor communication skills. They do not know how to inform there customers about their items. They will give us the tracking number but it does not work at all.

Never order from this company. I place online orders all of the time and have never encountered so many problems like I have with Rosfancy! My order was placed on November 1,2020. Received a email stating the order was shipped out on November 5,2020. November the 26,2020 received a email from Lauren Lee, a Rosfancy employee advising me that she canceled a item from my order; it was out of stock! How could that be when I was notified on the 5th my order was shipped out? On December 3,2020 Lauren Lee stated she will credit my account for points that may be used on future purchases. Oh no ma'am! I explained to her I will never purchase from this company again and to refund me ASAP not credits! She did just that. It's now December 16,2020 and I have yet to receive my order. I check the tracking number every week. My order have been in Las Angeles since last week! NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The best website to order from that communicate with customers and are professional is SHEIN! I love them oh yeah, also AMAZON!
