Ordered an engraved bottle of whiskey as a present. Was dispatched really quickly, however, I had put the wrong address on without realizing it.
I contacted the company and within an hour they had rearranged delivery to a different address for me.

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from - I have been using their services after my friend recommended them to me. We have both had fast and pleasant experiences for the past months. I had an issue with a broken bottle at one point, but their reps got back to me almost immediately and offered a full refund.

I've ordered from Royal Batch many times and they are my go-to for online Liquor ordering. I typically stick with Bourbon, but I've also ordered some Vodka and Tequila when something looks interesting. You can't beat the convenience. They have reliable and responsive customer service which is a must in today's online consumer world. I definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Please note that after eight months, it becomes challenging to verify the contents of your delivery. We have provided you with evidence from our fulfullment center processing records that showes the correct bottles were shipped, however, we are unable to check footage after this long period. As a gesture of good will we offered you a $30 compensation to ensure your satisfaction. We partner with numerous retailers across the United States to handle and fulfill our orders. We ensure that all claims are processed and accepted within a reasonable timeframe, typically within one to two weeks after the order has been delivered. This allows us to address any issues related to our products promptly and effectively.

Placed an order on Jan 24 and got a notification that my order was shipped. I keep checking UPS and theres no activities. Reaching out to shipper and no one is responding. I called the marketplace to get a refund and they told me they will get this order out as soon as possible. A week later and still nothing and now they are not responding to my emails. They dont have phone to call and their customer support seems from outside the USA with very broken English and not understanding my request. Be aware and stay safe paying a little more on the big sites than this scam trying to save a buck or two. Not worth dealing with them.

We further searched our emails and again could not find anything under you name. Our response time to our customers' emails has been very quick, usually within 24 hours from receiving the email. We have a professional customer support team that operates from our company's headquarter in CA. Similar to any other online businesses, deliveries may have some issues, which are beyond our control. However, we have strict measurements to ensure the satisfaction of our customers - which is our top priority. Places 2 orders heres and the carrier that deliver these packages just threw them on the front porch without adult 21 signature which isnt legal in CA where i live, my kid could have opened it and started drinking the whiskey. The deliveries arent with the usual Fedex/UPS carrier. Its some random truck that has no labels nor does their drivers wear any uniform. All other big websites i used before had the orders delivered on UPS. You might save a buck or two on the order but the experience isnt worth it. I wont be placing anymore orders here, their operations are just below standards from others out there

I ordered and got the delivery in a fairly reasonable time. I got UPS notice and was home for it. They came over an hour early when I wasn't there. Tried to change the delivery to pick up at UPS. Couldn't get the site to allow it. The third attempt was when I was home all day. They never came and sent an email that they would deliver a week later. I went to UPS to try to pick it up. They told me they sent it back even though the email said it would be delivered later. I emailed Royal Batch with the details. They said I had to pay the delivery again both directions. $56 for a $200 order. I sent them all the UPS emails and that I have a Ring door bell camera for evidence. Their response is sorry we can't dispute UPS. I will never order from them again. I now turn the evidence in to my credit card.
We greatly value this honest review. Mr. Stephen's order qualified for our Free Shipping promotion, and we provided him with the tracking details two days after placing the order when it was shipped out.
As our packages require an adult signature, UPS made three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package to Mr. Stephen. According to the UPS report, the reason stated was "The receiver was not available for delivery." As per their standard procedure, UPS decided to return the package to the sender.
In response to Mr. Stephen's request, we were pleased to receive his request to reship the package to an alternate address to ensure its successful delivery. However, as outlined in our website policy here (https://www.royalbatch.com/faq), it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package. In the event that the carrier is unable to reach the customer, we are obliged to charge for the return fees as well as the reshipping fees, which are billed to our account by UPS.
Despite these circumstances, we made a goodwill gesture by offering Mr. Stephen a reasonable discount if he chooses to proceed with the reshipment, aiming to secure his satisfaction.

They will advertise something is in stock when in fact it isn't, and then tell you that you will get it sometime the next month but they don't know when. Then to top it off they charge you a processing fee for requesting a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE.

Purchased bottles at price advertised. I received an email and was refunded due to there being a 'glitch' in pricing. The company should have honored their mistake and fulfilled the order. I do not feel comfortable ordering from this company again due to this issue.
