Facility had warped wood floors in their gym (see photos) stained carpets throughout as they look they have not been cleaned in 20 years. Noise level was impossible to sleep before midnight due to wedding parties during the week. Cruise guests were dragging their luggage above us each day at 5am, breakfast buffet was off limits to us before 7:30am. We had tours scheduled & we were refused dining BUT cruise guests were allowed. After meeting with the hotel manager Alessandro Agosto he offers us 10% off for 2 nights but then RENEGED his offer. I disputed charge on my Platinum AMEX but did not prevail. SAVE your money- choose another hotel in Sorrento. Amex was useless.
