I was hoping the bad reviews I was seeing were just a few unlucky customers, but I can confirm - it's a scam. You will not get the shoes or a refund, they may respond to a few emails but then will go silent (as you can see, no response or reaction for 2 weeks straight based on the screenshot attached).
This business needs to be shut down.

Beware... and don't order from them. I would also not buy their shoes from resellers to ensure this kind of business practice isn't supported.

Their webshop is a total scam! Don't order here if you don't want to throw away your money.
I ordered shoes, and the product needed to be exchanged. It took me months to get a reply to my many many mails, messages, contact-forms, before I finally got a reply about how and where to sent them for exchange.
The shoes were picked up (new, unused, in box) but they never shipped me an exchange pair of shoes, nor did they refund or did they get in touch.
Basically they've cashed €100,- without selling the product, and their customer service is unreachable.
(Actually it was more, since I had to pay €18,- for the shipping costs of the exchange, despite their policy of free shipping for exchange).
I have sent of 12 emails, several contact-forms on their website, and over 20 messages on instagram and facebook. No replies whatsoever.
TOTAL SCAM.
I purchased two pairs of Rummos in November 2021 for an upcoming dance performance. I had tried some of their shoes (from a different retailer) on an earlier occasion, and found them to be good quality. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a notice that the shoes had shipped. By week 5 they had not arrived, and I checked online to see that the shoes were still in Portugal. I wrote to Rummos customer service indicating that the shoes were needed for an upcoming dance performance and that I had to cancel the order because they shoes would not arrive in time. 10 days later, having received no response from Rummos I opened a dispute with my credit card company. 3 weeks after I filed the dispute (exactly two months after placing the order) Rummos shipped the shoes and they arrived a whopping 10 weeks after the order date. Due to the time restrictions that I advised them of a month earlier (before they shipped the shoes again), I had purchased replacement shoes a week before they got around to sending the second shipment. I again contacted Rummos Customer Service to request return information, and have received no response whatsoever. I am now out $240 for two pairs of shoes that I no longer need.
Unless you don't care if or when you receive your shoes, do not order from Rummos.
