I'm surprised to see positive reviews, I can only go by my own experience. I was dealing with Sumit about refinancing four investment loans.- early 2022. We received unconditional approval & were able to acquire 3.19% for 3yrs fixed with Members Equity Bank. We received loan docs, then returned completed signed contracts back to ME. After five weeks our current bank had no further communication with ME to complete the refinance. It come to light that ME advised, that they were unable to honour the loans now due to serviceability concerns. ME have now requested that if we want to proceed with the loans, that we need to cancel our $8k credit card & we contribute a further $43k of our personal savings towards the loans. Why was this not highlighted prior to unconditional approval being approved. Due to the increase in rates, we are now unable to secure an equivalent rate due to the banks increasing their rates. Banks are not offering anything less than 4.99%. We were in a stressful & desperate situation, the once happy & helpful Sumit, was not returning our calls. We submitted a complaint regarding ME to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, we asked Sumit's help to provide some timeline dates/communication (NIL). We asked Sumit to find an alternative lender, Sumit at one stage voiced his concern, saying I'm doing all this work & not getting paid for it. That's when he cut all communication from us, if Sumit is not getting paid, he will kick you off to the side of the road. Would think Sumit would go the extra mile, as he was the one that recommended ME Bank to us. If you know everything and don`t need any advise, use RyRo. However, if you are looking for a broker who will explain the process and give you advice, I suggest to go with another broker. Total waste of time and energy! I wish I can rate 0 star, worst ever loan experience with RyRo. You don't treat your potential customers like that or they will go elsewhere just like we have. I will be making formal complaint and going to loan ombudsman over their service. Thanks for NOTHING Sumit Joshi from of RyRo Loan Centre.
