This is my first time ordering from custom ink so as far as customer service is a very good experience. It would be great if a sample shirt is provided before doing the final print because it came out very different from the final design to the actual printed shirt, I would pay extra for sample as long as the price is not extraordinary.

I received the 7 cat patterns of the Swedish Dishcloths. They are absolutely. Amazingly perfect - especially if you are a cat lover. The very well-packaged cloths arrived in per-fect condition. I could not be more pleased. At this point, I don't know if I would use them as dishcloths or, I might hang some on the walls - they are so precious! Would make perfect gifts!

I ordered a pair of new work boots (Hard Yakka) and whilst doing so made a.mess of my order effectively buying two pairs. I contacted W+S to explain the situation. They replied almost immediately and resolved my issue there and then. I received my order promptly and the product has actually surpassed my expectations.
