They do not care to help you find the part you need. Their website is full of falsely listed items to get you to buy and then receive a completely wrong part. Do not give them business. They deserve to go under. They list parts to fit model years that do not fit. Horrible service. Manager hung up on me and had a bitter attitude when i was looking to get the part i needed. They are disgraces. If you get the wrong part they will not accept returns or transfers. I would give them negative stars if i could.

Ordered part and they took 10 days to process order. When I inquired and asked that if they have not shipped I would like to add a few parts to my order. They shipped the next day without addressing my question about additional parts. When I called them out on it, they ignored my emails. Hopefully the parts aren't falsely advertised and turn out after market which is what other customers are reporting. Do not order from this site there are other sites with way better service.

I ordered a parr for our car online from SaabUSAparts.com. I was sent the wrong part by them and am having to fight to get my refund. Hopefully one day I will get it. I think I'm going to have to file a complaint with Visa. They will not respond to emails and its very, very hard to get someone to answer the phone.

I purchased a front license plate bracket from them and was assured by the description that it would fit my 2007 Saab 9-3. I got it in the mail several days later than the promised delivery date and it didn't fit my factory drilled holes. I emailed them requesting to not have to pay a 20% restocking fee when I returned it because the product was defective. The customer service rep who talked to me came off as arrogant and repeatedly assured me that there was no way it was the company's fault and it had to be my car and that I was wrong in my observation that the holes were, in fact, factory drilled. I purchased another bracket from a different company and it fit like a glove. Overall: bad product, bad delivery time, bad customer service, and bad return policy.

I ordered some OEM part that I desperately need (tail lamp holder) online with SAAB USA Parts the "Official" supplier of Saab OEM parts, 4 business days latter no parts, no shipping conformation and it says when I log online with my ID and password that my order is still processing. I went with standard UPS ground because they wanted $100 for overnight (yes it is small item and yes they wanted $100). Anyway, they are in MI and I am in western PA and we are within 300 miles and 1-2 days for standard UPS ground. I find that now they do not have a phone number for contact, they only have online chat and have been offline all day yesterday and today (Wednesday December 17th and Thursday 18th, 2014. The have a way to email them but state it will take 1 to 2 business days. I emailed and them 2 days ago because I still had no shipping confirmation. I am still waiting... No email, no chat and no phone to call. I have to go out of town fro the holidays and my one rear light is completely out (all 3 bulbs). I bought my 93 new and like the car but this is simply pathetic.

Ive been shopping with your company for over 2 years for parts for my 2007 60th Anniversary 9-3. Your customer service is outstanding, especially pvincent and Mike Ohannesian. These guys go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. AND you guys stand by everything you sell. If anything is wrong with the part ordered, the problem is quickly corrected. Awesome service. Awesome communication. Shipping and delivery times are fantastic. I will continue to use you guys whenever I need something for my car. A++!

I have been the proud owner of a 1995 Saab 900 for eight years now and still to this day could not be happier with its durability. I commute 35 miles a day and it is still a smooth ride. I don’t think I could change car brands for life. The main reason I stick with Saab is because of the parts that I receive from them on a timely fashion when needed. Cars get old, need new parts, it’s the way it goes! Have never had better customer service when dealing with the parts I need to keep my 1995 900 running smooth as new. Thanks to Saab parts my day goes as smooth as the ride I’m in! Most would say upgrade to a better model! I respond they keep sending me the parts to keep this joy going, why upgrade!

If you have a Saab this site is excellent you can order any part or accessories you need for your car from a actual Saab dealer and i have received great parts for my Saab. Highly recommend and in my opinion they are way better than the crooks at the Saab dealer in Yonkers New York.

I purchased a headlight assembly for my 2008 aero sport wagon in June 2014. It was advertised as being discounted as a "clearance" item, ($600 vs $1000), brand new, unopened box etc etc. Advertisement, in addition, contained one half page, in red print, indicating NO RETURNS, etc etc

I NEEDED high beam so I ordered. Price was cheap, compared to what I had seen that far).
When I went to garage to have unit installed, box was opened, and both mechanics (experienced, some 30 years each on SAAB), said the part was not new. When I heard this, I jumped, but within minutes, they said the part was not in fact used, but looked like it was a factory( Valeo) defect, repaired on site by slathering black silicon on the part, to seal the glass to the plastic housing.

I wrote the distributor afterwards, indicating, 1. That the part worked and 2. That the mechanics stated what I said above.

The first reply was a complete denial, "they had paper trails" etc stating the part was brand new, etc etc. I was looking for a one year guarantee, as the mechanics said that if the silicone was not properly applied, the headlamp would not work because of moisture infiltration.

Long story short, and despite photos etc, I was told that I got what I paid for, forget the guarantee, but to keep the company posted, and if the light stopped working, I could count on their support, ( but not their guarantee) in fighting the good fight that lay ahead.

In short, discounts of this kind, and at this price, to be avoided from this distributor, as risk is too high of non performance.

Ps. Light assembly still works ( but have yet to bring car into a car wash, for example).
