I bought a few dresses, quality of dresses are ok, but they are not lined & very thin. It took over 1 1/2 months to get my order. No update from company even when I inquired. When I finally got them I needed to return them, since they were not lined & did not fit well, even tho same size, the fit was different. I have been trying for 2 months to process my 'easy return' nothing from the company! They suck!
I bought a dress that was called a midi on their website. Reviews stated that they run small so order up a size. The dress that I received was at least a size too big and it actually touches my shoes. After 5 emails to customer service requesting an authorization form and a return address, I received an email stating that since I would have to pay shipping i should probably keep the dress or give it to a friend. I sent another email requesting an authorization form and a return address... still waiting for a response
