They don't make it clear there is a recurring charge during initial sign up, worse than that they flat out lie and say there's never a cancellation issue, wrong! Then suddenly there was another charge on my account for $349. I contacted them the same day telling them I wanted to cancel. They completely ghost you, and are not available by phone only email, how convenient for their BS company. This is a predatory service. This is their business model: wait until they forget to cancel, then don't give them a refund. These guys are crooks.

I bought a pdf bundle for 10 dollars (from creator U which is by Samcart). On the site it said "no hidden costs or monthly subscriptions". When I got the billing email however it said in tiny letters under my initial $10 cost: "then $144 yearly".

So yeah no monthly subscription but you get a yearly one… Feels very sketchy and manipulative.

Terrible service. They add on items to your order with out letting you know and then refuse refunds. This is a scam funnel that I would avoid at all costs. If they need to force you to pay for products you did not want, did not order, and did not use that tells you a lot about the quality of the business and more so about the people running it.

STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a truly awful experience with SamCart. The company charged me for three years without any reminders. Once I discovered this, I could not cancel the service without contacting their support, which took over a week to respond. To add insult to injury, I never used the service for a single transaction. They can hide behind their terms and conditions; in my opinion, this is a very shady way of conducting business, especially in today's climate. I strongly advise against using SamCart for any business needs.

Glitches galore. No human assistance. Account lockouts nightmare. You cannot speak to a human. After six years of loyalty I was locked out of my account because of their website server malfunction with no way to resolve. Total nightmare.

Samcart is bad now!
I work as affiliate with samcart from 2019 till now, i receive my commission payout every month without problems, but last 2 months jun, jul i didnt received my payout! I send many emails to *******@samcart.com ask him to send payout and it reply 1 time and not reply again! Samcart now is bad an dont send payout to his affiliates!

Charges sneaky subscriptions indefinitely. Year after year, if you don't check your statement you probably won't even realise it with no attempt to inform you about their upcoming charges. Be sure to cancel your subscription immediately or better yet don't sign up at all.

Signed up for CreatorU for a one time $10 fee. Then was "up sold", which was advertised as an upgrade to the SamCart monthly trial for 2 weeks but cancelled within the period. Now a year later they are trying to charge me almost $200 stating I cancelled SamCart but never CreatorU when they literally advertised it as the same service. They then take over a week to get back to you!

Tip for consumers:
Definitely don’t buy into this service.

A waste of money. Not ideal for beginners and adherents of a business model that thrives on making money from auto-renew subscriptions of dissatisfied customers that got ZERO value from the platform. Just give me my money back.

As soon as my card was charged for renewal I emailed to say I wanted my subscription cancelled and a refund. Instead they replied with an offer to stay, which I did not see. Life got busy and when I realized they never cancelled and refund I emailed. They said I did not reply to their offer so they couldn't refund. I would never use them for anything again.

Unauthorized billing--they should be called ScamCart.
They will renew your trial sign up and bill you in full without authorization.

I purchased an annual subscription to SamCart in July, 2022. In November, 2022, my credit card was compromised. When the annual "no extra fees" billing came around, SamCart notified me that my payment didn't go through. That was an opportunity to assess whether I wanted to continue. I decided to cancel. I went to my dashboard and cancelled SamCart.

I then received three separate emails with different names from the billing department, one email from "Taylor", and another from customer support. They acknowledged that I had cancelled and asked me to reconsider as the "low annual fee" would not longer apply.

I told all four SamCart connections that I was firm in my decision in cancelling. Then on July 1st, PayPal sends a notification that SamCart has charged me $120.

Now I am waiting on whether or not SamCart will honor my refund request. This is a sketchy business practice.

I purchased the Sam cart build your course training last year. I was told it was a one time fee and that it would only take me 14 days to build my course. Once I got in there I realize that that was a lie! It takes you more than 14 days to even go through all the training videos! This is not a simple course builder! This requires you to film many videos of yourself teaching the course which requires video equipment editing, etc. All items I did not have nor knew nothing about. I chopped it off after six months of not being able to get it done because just going through the training videos was taking so long, that I chalked it up to A bad purchase. But now they are charging me $349 to re-up for them for another year which is not what I agreed to. I thought I was paying a one time fee. I have not utilized their software at all since I haven't even finished the training videos because they take so long and now they want me to re-up for another year and refused to return my money.
I want to make sure I tell as many people as I can not to get suckered in the way I did! There are much easier and more supportive platforms to use out there. There is no support other than the training videos you receive.
I guess if you are familiar with how to create a course, maybe this would work for you but if you are not familiar with building a course and buy into there it's so easy sales pitch, You will be left on your own.

Tip for consumers:
Unless you know what you’re doing in building a course do not purchase Sam cart.

I was excited to begin my SamCart journey after watching a recent webinar. Brain explained there was a payment option through Paypal to make payment using the PayPal credit system to spread things out over 6 months. I thought that sounds great as it would give me the chance to begin generating income with which I can make the payments. But I was turned down for the PayPal credit. I inquired about this through SamCart customer service. The only reason they would give me for the problem was that Brain had made a mistake on the webinar and that PayPal credit was not really being offered. My only option was to pay in full. It seems to me, whether this is a mistake on their part or not, they should honor what they advertise... it seems to me once you put something out there you should make good on it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't offer a payment option, then say it was a mistake and not really able to offer it

If there was less than one star I would gladly give it to SamCart. I've read several of the complaints and most folks have had the same experience: being billed for an annual subscription long after the contract was cancelled. I cancelled my subscription one year ago, but today, 4/6/23, one year afterward I see a charge to my bank account for some annual subscription. Then someone from billing by the name of Larry L responds to my query by stating that there is nothing that can be done. There was absolutely NO HELP from this company, and you could speak to no one via phone, so after endless frustration I eventually ended my short time with SCAMCart, never thinking that I would hear from them again! But they were there, lurking in the shadows, salivating on the extra $120 they could charge to my account. As a senior, I will be filing complaints with the consumer agencies soon. DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
SamCart is a rip-off! DO NOT use them as their subscription contract and cancellation policies are both misleading. They will accept your cancellation request and send you confirmation, but will NEVER tell you about some 5-day cancellation period, that is hidden somewhere in the contract. They lay in wait for an entire year, then charge the annual subscription thinking that'd you'd never notice until you request a refund and then they come after you

Like many here, I purched a CreatorU course for 10$ and was billed 120$ after a year for yearly subscription without any notifications. Also, they store your credit card details and there is no option to delete it?!

I signed on a year ago and then did not really do anything on the site. A year later, I got a renewal charge for $349, WITHOUT A REMINDER THAT THE RENEWAL WAS COMING UP, which is what most reputable subscription services do. Stay away from them!

Samcart Talks a great talk but doesn't walk it. Difficult to implement, especially with integrations like PayPal. Was never able to implement PayPal integration with SamCart upsells. I have multiple products on my storefront and SamCart is really next to impossible to sell just one physical product let alone many physical products. Since buying the program on March 22,2021. I have never been able to connect my one page sales page to the SamCart website. My connection was https://Veteransrocks.samcart.com/products. There is no review of my site in order to get guidance. Their support page is terrible.

Tip for consumers:
Please review this site and be careful . Lots of hype about their successes if you write e book or coaching it might work but nor for physical products.
