I ordered a dress from Sarah Ashley online. I am a US 8 but I bought an XL because I read that it runs small. Well, I couldn't get it past my boobs. And then looking at it closely, it was really poor quality. Looked cheap and poorly made as well as incorrect sizing. I contacted them figuring they just forgot to provide a return label. Well, apparently the only reason you can return it is if it's defective and inaccurate sizing doesn't count. After much back and forth they said they would provide a credit to me instead. Why would I want a credit for another crappy dress? Please don't make the mistake of buying from them. Awful quality, experience, and customer service.
