I purchased 2 Voice Translators that could not Wi-Fi connect, I thought company was based in USA from web page. Looked real. Not so. Saulino will not respond unless forced by BBB and others, They will say send item back to labeled sender, to shipper from China. Good Luck. Both Translators were shipped directly from China with no packing slip and hard to understand use instructions. I most likely will NEVER get a refund. My personal experience with this online company is that they are most likely an; Outsourcing-Dropshipper. They have no base other than possibly mail drop. They don't have stock and they don't even touch the items and 90% dropshipper outsource their items from China. They have no landline phone contact and no real reviews other than what they want you to see which are all positive. Their warranty that sounds great is nothing more than a LIE because there is no guarantee that your return will ever make it back to the original shipper from China. Because of this I feel that this is a FRAUD. Do your research and you can make your own Decision. Good Luck. I'm writing this review in hopes that it will help someone out there.
