Read the other review of this site and checked it out. I will admit with the 1800 numbers and easy contact methods and the overall look of the site it appears very legit. I do know lots of businesses have issues over the holidays but it is the mark of great businesses that still have excellent customer service despite vacation schedules.
I have used this site twice to purchase hair. The shipping was fairly speedy and the website was easy to navigate. Their prices are really competitive.
However, I am extremely disappointed with their service on my latest order. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped out! I called them twice and they gave me contradictory stories. The first story was that they had to order it from their distributors is out of stock. The second was that they were closed for the holidays.
Again, okay customer service but one very bad experience that isn't over yet.
