Stay away from this site. Ordered a 30 pack of YETI mugs and never received it. Tried calling and all the number says is "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." Tried to e-mail them and have not heard back from them and it has been a week. I will be reporting them, but it takes time for them to be taken down. Please avoid this site!
$225 Worth of products ordered on 4/18/18, its now 5/30/18 and I still have not received anything in the mail. They never sent a tracking number as stated in their policy either and will not answer any communications Ive sent.
The phone number listed is also a FAKE. Yet they are still sending me emails to complete my purchase for what I left in my cart after my initial order was placed.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They advertise very low prices to induce sales for products they dont ever send. Because they more than likely dont have any of the products they are advertising.
They also do not have Paypal as a payment method, more than likely because they dont want disputed charges. Freakin bastards! This was suppose to be a gift to me from a loved one who is out of the country now.
If I could leave 0 stars I would because I never received the product I ordered and there has been no communication from the company. I ordered a gift for my sister's graduation a month and a half in advance so it would get here in time. I tried to use this site in order to save money, but instead it is costing me more and giving me a hassle to deal with. Although the order was shipped nine days after I placed the order, now, a month later, I still haven't received my order (it was supposed to be delivered in 10-15 days). I have been given no tracking information except that it has been shipped, which I have a hard time believing. I emailed the site and they have not responded. I have tried calling them and their phone number doesn't work. I need to contact them in order to get my money back but I cannot reach them. I now have to go out and buy the gift again. I was trying to save money and instead I'm having to pay for the same gift twice. I am hoping this company responds to my email so they can explain why I never received my order and I can get my money back. Even if the site has better prices than anywhere else, it is worth the few extra dollars to buy your product from a site you know is reliable.
Total scam. Never received product. Reporting to fbi for fraud, never received feedback from this site, advise you report them if you are a victim
