If I could give negative stars, I would! I recently moved to Scottsdale and wanted to be established with a Primary Care MD. As a holistic & health-conscious person, I chose this office. I scheduled an annual visit, but although the PCP noticed a rash on my leg and ordered a cream (which was discouraged me by the pharmacist due to it not being correct, and she never referred me to the dermatologist as she promised), they billed my insurance company as a sick visit AKA not covered. Now, I owe over $300 with blood work for one ANNUAL visit, and they didn't even solve the problem they say I had! They are playing with the laws to swindle their patients and get paid more by the insurance companies for types of visits. They do not look out for you but instead their pockets. AND GET THIS the doctor forced me to come in to review my blood work (another visit $$$), and she SLEPT IN being LATE for my appointment, which was rescheduled by this office twice, and instead called me to say, "your blood work looks great any questions?" I replied, "no, I don't have the bloodwork results in front of me to see if I do?" They had difficulty giving me a printout, then CHARGED me $70 for an NP that overslept & missed MY appointment. The office women whispered how this NP was constantly out of the office, and they couldn't reach her. If I were you to find another office! If you want an office that will oversleep, miss your appointment, order incorrect prescriptions, send claims to the insurance company that doesn't add up, and then charges you, this is the place for you! Fusion Medical: I wouldn't have even written this review (ON EVERY CORNER OF THE INTERNET I CAN FIND) if you were a little more conscious about your billing practices for your patients to charge someone $300 for an ANNUAL because you saw a rash on my leg?! I now owe you $$$ I wouldn't have even shared the NP DISASTER you have on staff!
