Bought a kilo of Silver from them & told them my local post office was Not dependable. Asked them to ship FEDX, which they said they would, but then they shipped USPS. When it got to my local post office, an employee STOLE it. Scottsdale web site says that they guarantee Delivery, but they are LYING. I call numerous time and was LIED to each & every time. Avoid these CROOKs. (can provide PDF file proof of purchase & can provide the Police Report number of the local Police. OIG eventually caught the thief, but I will NEVER get a penny back from the Criminal US government/postal-system!)
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know in advance that this company is Dishonest, Liar & Thieves. I fell for their "In God we Trust" logo and that is a sacrilege for any Thief to use & a defamation of God!
