Taking orders on items (Big Shot Pro) they do not have and haven't refunded my money (£225) a week later - no contact to tell me they didn't have the product and avoiding my phone calls.
I ordered some cutting pads from scrappy_cat_crafts and Luke went out of his way to make sure I got my parcel the next day he was worried through no fault of his own. I did get the parcel and he checked to make sure. I ordered again and received yet another great product. You can visit them on eBay if you love crafts this is a shop to visit. Thanks to you both and good luck in your craft shop.
