Harry is a wonderful project manager who stays on top of what needs to be done. He takes a proactive approach in his role which is greatly appreciated as it speaks to his work ethic. For example, a few times he has recommended a phone call rather than email to go over details of the work; this saved a lot of time and provided faster clarity to questions than email alone. He is also great at explaining the processes, concepts, and rationale involved in social media marketing. I recommend Scribe Marketer for the great work they do.
I purchased a 3 maketing package for $2000 from Scribe Marketing in May. To date it has not been executed, we are now at the end November… To say I'm disappointed by the lack of follow through or customer service is an understatement! Most recently, I've requested full refunds on this and another package I purchased and have not been given these, I've also requested 'live' meetings which have not been accepted or held. This has been the worst experience for a new author. The lack of professionalism and inability to deliver is astounding. No one seems to be aware of my contract each time I get moved to someone else who does not deliver…

My emails went unanswered.They said they were having issues with their server. For three months! They don't answer the phone. The don't have voice-mail. English is not their first language. Don't waste a second of your time or any money on these frauds.

I am extremely disappointed with Scribe marketing. I purchased a marketing program in May and to date it has not been executed and what they say they've done I have not been given access to even though this has been promised to me since July.
All I get is a runaround and a constant change in project managers ( now on 4) who have no idea what my package was supposed to deliver and execute.
They now do not answer my texts or emails… I've asked for a refund as I had also purchased a future book publishing package, however, I do not under any circumstances want to work with this company on ANY future projects and would like a full refund for both.
All I was promised has not been delivered or I have not been given access to to date.
I feel very taken advantage of by scribe Marketing. Most recently, I asked for a Skype call do that i could discuss all the issues with the marketing executives who are able to address the issues, however, this too has not been acknowledged or accepted.
