Second Door is a SCAM operation. Professional Thiefs.

Just like all the others complaining in the management forums I got scammed and stolen from too. Here are a few places I have experienced losses. My condo is almost a total loss, completely trashed.
They don't payout to the agreement. They will take bigger commission checks. They claim it says they can do that in the contract.
They don't come to clean your house in between guests but they charge the cleaning fee and keep your money as if they did.
They will skip on lawn mowings and charge you as if they mowed.
They will add fantasy charges for things like "cleaning out your disposal" or "removing excessive trash"... Any extra surcharge they can find.
If you already signed a contract with them then they already won and got your money. Good luck getting ahold of them.

Signs you know they are bad-
-Go to their FB page and they have their reviews widget hidden so people can't read or leave reviews.
-They aren't an accredited BBB business.
-On their website, they don't have any links to see their Yelp, BBB, Google Business, Facebook, etc reviews because they don't want you to see them.
-Do a search for "Second Door Reviews" and you will see all of their bad ratings from the review sites.

Do you call or message them and they never answer or acknowledge you? Here are some things you can do to make sure they play fair and reduce the odds they get away with stealing too much of your money.

Tell them you are going to leave reviews if they don't play fair.
If you paid with a credit card threaten to file a chargeback.
This is really powerful…. Go to the Second Door Facebook Page and comment on all of their posts and reach out to the people that like and comment on their posts to warn them what type of a scam operation Second Door is.
Reach out to them on social media and eventually Jeramey Jordan the owner will come out of hiding.
Reach out to his family members and business associates on social media as they are a part of his scam operation too. Go to their Facebook page and see what they work for and then leave reviews on their company listings.
*** This is one of the most powerful things you can do… Leave reviews on all the business listings for any business that associates themselves with Second Door such as the cleaning business they sometimes outsource their work to, accountant, contracting crews, lawn crews, etc. If you penalize them for associating themselves with a scam operation it will force Second Door to behave.
