First day I had this thing going, I had my grandchildren crriving it and it was a lot of fun. Unfortunately after about an hour the darn thing wanted to turn right all the time and when correcting to go straight it slowed significantly. There is no one to talk to to find out how to fix or have it repaired. Waste of money it seems.

I bought a Segway Dominator v5 and had it shipped to Denmark, Europe. Good service and easy to get advised over phone and mail. My problem is that my product wouldn't charge. In no way and it even decharged when plugged in. I have tryed contacting segwaykiller.com on mail and phone, but I get no response. The answer machine says the number is suddenly invalid, the same number I've used all along and the number listed on their website. Now I have a dominator v5 3200$ product that doesn't work and a company that doesn't return my mails or calls
