The services at Selah started out absolutely amazing and I can thank them for helping me to learn to advocate for myself. I had a true connection with the staff and appreciated the work and efforts they put into helping me with my anxiety and depression. If it weren't for their services, I don't know where I would be right now.
However, I felt the need to rate the company at a 3 due to the fact that I felt things changed as the building opened. I felt that my needs were no longer being fully met as I was struggling to receive phone replies, and appointments were sometimes needing to be changed last minute. In addition, I was showing up to video appointments that providers weren't. As someone who struggles with depression and anxiety and my depression was severe at the time, it was extremely difficult to rely on providers and not always get the result I was needing. Therefore, I decided it was time I moved onto a medication provider/psychiatrist elsewhere. In doing so, I felt I was accused of making a decision that would affect them and felt extremely disrespected after that… To a point that landed me in a severe depression for a short period blaming myself for wanting to change providers.
