I have used Senior Healthcare Direct since it was MedicareBob. I have nothing but good to say. This year, my consultant was Carly Scott. She made everything easy to understand and her sweet personality put me at ease. I am confident that I got the best coverage for me.

I had a thoroughly informed and professional experience, thanks to Michael Coleman. He was informed, knowledgeable, courteous and continually checked to see if I needed any further explanation of any portions of the Medicare plans or insurance companies. I appreciate the unhurried manner in which he presented the information and will recommend your company to anyone looking for assistance. Thank you!

I reached out to Senior Healthcare Direct in the hope that they could help me receive more benefits for my buck. I'm happy to report that Marcus Graham matched me with a secondary insurance that met all my needs. He was professional and friendly and walked me through the rather lengthy enrollment process with great clarity. My experience with Tammy at Senior Healthcare was excellent. She is very professional and knows her stuff. I saved a substantial amount of money on one plan and received reassurance that my other plan (which Senior set me up on two years ago) was still the most cost effective plan for me! Couldn't have asked for better service from a more pleasant professional!!!

"Ray" was my man on the phone. He was very helpful and friendly. Answered all questions. I know absolutely nothing about insurance, do this is a completely new experience for me.

I have called three times and left messages and an email and have not been called back. I know you are busy....but my question has not been answered. I don't know if I have Part D Medication Plan for this Supplemental Plan. I don't know how to find out you help me with this or if I have to get it on my own.

I would like to hear back from someone.

My first experience with Medicare Bob was quite an eye opener. It didn't take long to see that they are experts at what they do. My wife and I chose Plan G for our supplemental coverage. I informed Medicare Bob of my current carrier giving us over a 56% increase in premiums over a 3 year period. This was most puzzling since we have had no major issues. Mediacar Bob was most helpful in finding a new carrier with very acceptable premiums still under Plan G. They are great to work with!!

I talked with 5 different Medicare advisors over a three day period and selected to use Mark as he was the most personable and did not pressure me at all. This says a lot since an immediate family member of mine actually works for Tranzact ( not in insurance sales though) and two of the agents i spoke with were employed with Tranzact at different locations and pushing two different providers. I had a few more questions and Mark returned my call immediately and then walked through my application line by line. I have learned a lot about Medicare... but even more about advisors. And am extremely happy that i chose Mark and Senior Health Care Direct to represent me.

Actually my sister recommended Robin Zelinsky, one of your specialists. She was absolutely awesome in providing me with assistance and information. I reached out to her and she contacted me and we moved forward from there. I will be leaving my place of employment this March, after 36+ years, and so this was a new course of action for me. And, because of Robin's great help, I didn't have to really do anything. She provided me with all the research and best possible plan for me and the area i live in. Bob was extremely helpful explaining the different plans that I was clueless to comprehend.
