They email you offering "referrals" at a 20% referral fee. What they're actually selling is leads for $5,000 plus 20% referral fee if one closes. Very dishonest in emails and calls until you sit through a one hour sales pitch, then they hit you with the fact that it's just leads. THEN they'll tell you about their "free" program. Totally free leads! Which is also a lie. Any leads you're offered you have to lay for. And these are typical leads.

Acuity is fantastic! It is intuitive, easy to use, and there are so many settings that cover a wide range of needs. I love how customizable it is, everything from the appointment options, automated reminders, confirmation / intake emails, to the payment options and interface you can customize with your branding. I also love how responsive the customer care team is. They are nice, funny, and have even implemented some new features that I (+ others) have requested, and updated me when the new features went live..

I love the features it offers. I love the fact that I'm given a page where I'm able to customize and add important information for my clients to see before booking. I love that it allows me to add coupon codes for my clients to use and let's me have different deposit types for different services. I also love that it has intake forms and offers Instagram and MailChimp integration, and allows me to customize the automatic e-mail confirmation. Its easy to use and makes things run much smoother for myself and clients. I was a die-hard Setmore user, but with all the features I needed and wasn't getting from them, Setscheudle had them all + more. I'm glad I switched.

So far i'm quite happy with setschedule service. Even though there is the annoyance of the menu system, the features & level of customization available outweigh this.

This is a waste of money. The leads are all cold leads. The buyers and mostly renters aren't looking to speak with a Realtor. The leads also aren't even exclusive. They are given to several Realtors at a time even though they are called exclusive. This is the worst thing you could spend your money on. I have already used 2 different consumer websites and had a much better success rate with them. I am not new to this, these are just terrible leads. The only thing they have going for them is the large volume of terrible leads.

I didn't get the 'verified' leads I was sold on FOR MONTHS besides fake people who doesn't own a house or even worst, giving me addressed already listed with another broker... and as I start asking for answers besides "we are building the leads in your area, takes time" type of answer, my person stopped answering my requests for updates and calls as well as not showing up on our calls... than they start sending me those 'blank' updates on their systems, with nothing on it... my frustration grew and now, besides not getting anything but fake or inaccurate leads, or nothing at all, they won't respond my request to refund me some of my money, I realized how full I was to believe their were trustworthy it, I didn't do my job of looking at reviews or asking for referrals of another person successfully using their 'fake' system. Look at one example i posted picture here... a 'client opportunity' they posted on my account... an already LISTED address when sent to me and the information for the seller completely fake... Good luck with their customer care... none to call... Nobody cares to call me to resolve, my guy doesn't care to call or give me a number to get my refund or discuss it... I am so upset at myself for wasting the 'great' deal of only under $1,500 for what? NOTHING... Do you want a good referral system for buyers and sellers? NOT THIS ONE. Save yourself time and money... because if you are lucky, they might send you Zillow leads, but why to pay them if you can get that for FREE on Zillow website with for sale by owners? I was with this company for a year and was not able to close a single deal. Most of the leads had already bought or sold or they weren't interested in doing either. As my contract was coming to an end I told Colton that I didn't want to renew. Instead of giving me instructions (that I had received the year before and forgot about) he told me he'd try to get me something in my area. Most leads are 40+ miles from my home or office. When it renewed I immediately asked them to cancel and refund. They wouldn't. I went to my credit card company and they investigated buy still no refund.

I absolutely love this setscheudle software, it is so easy to use. Customers can schedule any appointment online and I can have it assigned to the technician of my choice automatically depending on the choice. Customers can cancel, and reschedule there appointments and leads all through a link that is sent to them via text and email! Doesn't get better than that, I don't even have a receptionist anymore.

For a small business owner, it is perfect and new things are coming on board all the time. Answer: All of the above responses must have been fraudulently generated. Set schedule is the worst. Very dishonest company, I would keep away.
Answer: You don't have to worry about a referral fee because you will never get a valid referral. They are just people they look up in the white pages or something. They never have any idea what I'm talking about!
Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
Answer: You have to pay upfront and they don't deliver any lead. If you get a lead it's sincerely inexistente fake or very off in what they are looking for. Do not use this service they scammed me and stole my money they delivered zero leads.
