Shagbook is one of three sites - nostringsdating.net, shagbook.com & onenightstand.ie. The members of the three sites are lumped in together. The male members are sleaze-balls. The site itself is rubbish and non-interesting. Met one guy in person & he wanted to ride women left, right and centre. Didn't pursue anything further. I've quit the site as I don't want to meet guys who may be quite dangerous. No data to go with i. E. m/f ratios etc. Online dating here is too risky & sites like these are hotspots for trouble.

Mine keeps getting deactivated apparently im a fake profile probably cos i dont want to put a picture up its a joke they need to find all the sleeze balls and the proper fake profiles sent them all my info they just ignored me $#*!e site

I blew the $ on thier lowest membership deal. I think it was like $20 australian for a month- was a while ago. The only message I got from a female said "If you over 8" and have shard", she was like 38 and feral as- her profile. Wouldn't go near that site again. Takes some harrassment to make'em stop message'n ya when ya want out too

Complete con. They only make us sappy blokes pay to join, then you discover that thanks to the wonderful inbox filter that you can only contact a small percentage of the women anyway. Then factor in most of these deluded women expect every bloke to look like George Clooney or Bradd Pitt and you`ll see its an immense waste of time. They let you subscribe online but wont let you cancel online. You have to waste up to 30 minutes ringing them up to cancel. Dont join, it really is a waste of time. You`ve got more chance of finding a woman to have fun with by painting your $#*! purple and standing in Trafalgar Square shouting "suck my **** its Blackpool Rock"

Like any adult dating site you have to weed out the time wasters, but my experience has been positive. I've have a couple of great experiences with no trouble. Plenty of options and a good search system.

Maybe things have got better in the last couple of years, based on the dates on these other reviews.

Some fat woman in Tooting Graveney, London keeps signing up on this site using MY email address (I'm located in the US). Every time she does, I reset the password and start sending out emails to all saying "not interested"... then she figures it out and shuts down the first account and starts it up again.

The company, which must be run by morons, will do nothing to make it stop. I'm certainly NOT calling overseas long distance to get this straightened out either. Thereby, I am taking my voice to the Internet, and see how far I get. I will not stop until they change their policies and don't let people sign up on a site without a valid working email address.

MANY sites have security procedures in place to ensure that someone signing up must then click on a link in an email received before they can finish signing up. Obviously, they don't here. SHAGBOOK SUCKS... pun intended!

Shagbook is a complete rip off. You will be tempted to make a one month membership, and you will submit your credit card data, then it ail be renewed automatically every month for the rest of your life
I addition as all dating sites it is not real, there is a nother level of rip off, after you registered, a woman will flirt with you and ask you to go to another dating website, claiming that she want to trust your identity and again they will steal your credit card by make your membership which is a free trial renewable without your permission
Do not ever put your credit card data in a dating site
And all women are very ugly that you better date a baboon

This site is linked to maritalaffair.co.uk I know for a fact. I'm a real woman but thank god didn't put my face on it who knows where it'll end up

Ive spent 4-5 weeks on this site and not had one possitive piece of feed back from most of th other female users. I honestly think the producers of the site are just raking the money in off guys by putting fake profiles of other women up who will never contact you, and even if they do the chances are its a fake... or one of the producers of the site. I also believe there is a connection with another site www.cert18.uk.com where many of the other womens profiles are identical to shagbook. Ive spoke to the same women on different profiles using the same pictures of myself and never once been questioned why ive been asking totaly different questions to recieve different answers just to prove to myself i am actually talking to two totaly different people! ABSOLUTE SCAM! Fellas don't be fooled, save your money and go and pay for some propper sex!

I had the same problem, but after calling in to customer service, they gave me some tips to help me get more attention. As a guy, they told you me that you need to stand out a little, and recommended sending some gifts (girls always like to receive gifts). Basically the girls get so many messages, you have to stand out. Customer service helped me, and looked at my profile, and told me what I could do to improve it, and improve my chances... soon after, it worked!
