“Failure to pay”

I've been working with Shakti Enterprise for approx. 1 year now. They paid at first but now, since late summer 2023 they are making excuses and false promises. They still owe me some 1700 USD! I will use every means at my disposal to force them to pay.
They are shameless, scoundrels. They lie when paying, they have been scamming people for many years, they don't even publish their accounts in the official bulletin. I am going to go after them until I tear their eyes out, I will use all the means at my disposal to make it known that these people are persona non grata.
