I can't believe this company is even running. They lie about the length shipping. It took almost a month! There mechendise is a JOKE. I think the good reviews they have here are hired by the company because there no way I. He'll the ladies will absolutely like this cheap and wear customer service... I will definitely look into getting our local news cast to do research in this company. Terrible terrible terrible!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed my order on July 18 and I'm still waiting to receive the items. The tracking system does not work. I would love to speak with a human, however there is no telephone number. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Please do not order from this site. You will be very disappointed!
My experience with this site has always been good. Their products and timely service delivery are fab. I've got hooked to them since the first purchase
Although the clothes look great on the models, they are not the best quality but they are cheap. My issues is with the returns. One of the dresses I ordered was faulty and I returned two other items. This cost me £12.50 to return I also paid £12.15 for shipping which took about 10 days. I could have bought these items here in the UK for a lot less than the postage alone.
Be aware if you need to return anything they are in Belgium!
Trying to return my entire order. Absolutely everything was not as described. The return process is quite complicated. You have to indicate a reason for the return for each item you are returning and if you indicate that the item is not true to measurement they want you to take a picture of it and post it to the return. I've also enclosed a note to them to credit my credit card that I used to purchase the items with the full refund and not to Paypal or "My Wallet". And... the kicker: you cannot contact them by phone!
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Now after two week I still do not have my item. I did a on line chat with a person. It has been shipped (had no Idea it is in China) He said we will try to urge it on... What you going to call UPS and tell them to move faster? They offered me points and bonuses if I spend at least 100 dollars. Ha... I would never order from them again. I am unsubscribing them as soon as I get my order. Sounds as if quality is poor, but would rather take to Goodwill than spend the the money to return.
I gave them a one star they responded... they responded and sent me a ton of points on their sites... what good are the points if I still don't have the first two I bought... I tired of hearing there stuck in route... I need one of the shirts for a wedding it shouldn't take this long!
OMG this store has the cutest purses ever. I'd been wanting one for so long and my sister just got me one i absolutely loved it!
It only took 19 days to get my order... after I was told orders take 5-7 days to receive by a customer service rep... I will not order anything else from this web site.
