Ship a Car Direct

Matt's timely replies to my inquiries even on New Year's day is much appreciated. The FAQ videos on their website were very helpful in making this initial experience with 2000 mile car transport more understandable. All that plus the positive reviews from several different sites helped me decide to go with Ship-a-Car direct. I will update and submit reviews on other sites when our process is complete.

This is my second time using this service. Overall, everything went as planned. I waited to hear when they would pick it up longer than the first time, but we didn't have COVID-19 a year ago. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful and answered all my questions. The vehicle actually got there a day early, which was great. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

when filling out payment/destination, they state my destination was different than original inquiry. SF is SF

I had some questions yesterday and spent all day trying to talk to my contact or anyone without success. A little disappointed at how difficult it is to speak with a live person. Online purchase is easy but I wanted to pay the entire payment at once and I didn't see an option to do that.

This is my second time using SADC. The first occasion went very well. For the return trip I initially contacted a company that a relative had just used to ship a car from the same city. Easy process then nothing. As my deadline approached this company stopped replying to my messages and sent my calls directly to voicemail. So I went back to what worked the first time. Hopefully SADC can help me out of this crunch.

This has been a very easy process so far. I was very nervous about shipping four vehicles, one a gorgeous 1929 Ford Roadster, from California to Illinois. I didn't need to worry at all. Paul at JAB Transportation got our vehicles there in the timeframe promised and everything went great. He kept in contact with us regarding the delivery date/time. Very professional and courteous. I would use them again and I would definitely would recommend this service.

When I clicked to read the terms and conditions, then tried to return to the contract, all my info was eraced and I had to enter it again. Please correct this inconvenience and annoyance on your website. Thanks.

Very clear and easy process to set up order. Wade was extremely helpful with answering all my questions.
My car was picked up and delivered within 3 days, going from Tampa FL to Hudson NH. That's some pretty quick delivery service time. The driver was kind and courteous and also took the time to put on a mask and gloves to keep the car and us safe from the Covid-19 virus during these times of health uncertainties. The car also arrived in perfect condition not a scratch on it. I would definitely recommend and use Ship a Car Direct for all my transport needs.

Very professional and delivery was 3 days early with no personal contact required. Driver was courteous and professional. I ship a vehicle back and forth from Michigan to Florida and this year was the best experience that I've had. Excellent contact support. Arrival and delivery times on schedule or early. I will use and recommend Ship car direct in the future.

We did not change our route but were informed that route change might incur additional charges. We will proceed at the agreed rate of $1175 but will not agree to additional charges

Really appreciated all the assistance and making arrangements for our first time use of this service. And then the car ended up being delivered much earlier than expected which was wonderful.

Jennifer was great during the quoting process and responsive to my emails. The vehicle was not bid on by a carrier for a few days after my first available pick up date so Shipacardirect took money from their cut and added it to the carriers cost. Quickly after a carrier accepted the bid price. The carrier booked by Shipacardirect was right on time and easy to communicate with.

Easy stuff so far...the proof is in the execution.

We'll see if u guys are any good. I have done this multiple times and the cars always arrive damaged and I have NO recourse. You have to sign to get your car otherwise they won't deliver.
