Trying to purchase last minute tickets due to sudden death and all they keep saying is I will call back or check email. Never got a call back never received email. Total fraud. Horrible customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
In December 2019, I purchased 5 plane tickets from Shiva Travel to fly to Seattle for my family Alaskan cruise in April 2020. Total ticket price was $960. Then, when my vacation cancelled due to COVID-19, I asked for refund or travel credit. Shiva travel representative Victor Vance charged me $75 per ticket, ($325 total) cancellation fee, and asked to pay upfront in order to get $960 Refund 2 weeks later.
I never heard from them since. I called Shiva travel several times, but each time I was told that refund is coming"next week". Now we are in August, the refund never came. Shiva travel pocketed my tickets money and my cancellation fee money.

If I could give the company a zero, I would. First off, they charged us twice for our tickets, and second, when we tried contacting them, they would not respond, or they would, they would just say that the problem will be taken care of. We conversed with Vance Victor for THREE months, trying to get our refund, and it was only when the bank stepped in, that we received our refund, and even then, it took MONTHS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR FLIGHTS! The "discount" is not worth the hassle of working with these CROOKS!

I tried to call on number given on their website but that number is not existing (wrong number).

Yep, did same thing to me. I bought ticket online, got a call the next day saying flight overbooked and I would have to choose another flight that would increase my fare by $150/PP. I told them not acceptable and not my fault they advertised availability. Hmm, well guess what? They're still advertising the exact same fare AND I called another company who said there are plenty seats available. Total SCAM!

This website is amazing very easy to book and fast services and the prices are also pocket friendly!

This site was a complete waste of time. It took a couple weeks to find out that I do not have flights, and now the price is doubled. All this after I had received confirmation from Shiva, including the airline confirmation number.
Do not waste your time or money. Shiva travel is a scam!

Don't even bother trying to purchase any ticket with this website. I purchased a last minute ticket out of the country and was prompted with little to no information about my flight. Shame on me for using a third party vendor to purchase airline tickets. Also their customer service is god awful. 24/7 Customer service is a bunch of bull. Fraud to the extreme.

Stay clear of them they are running a scam won't return your money and the expect your back to cover the loss!

Found this site advertising on Momondo and went for it, despite other bad reviews and what appears to be fake reviews on some sites. I booked a one way domestic, USA, flight with Shiva Travel on 9/20 on American Airlines. The next day, I was called and they let me know that the fare that I booked was not available and they would not honor it. They asked me to pay $80 extra to keep my flight, despite the price that I originally booked the flight at being still available on the website. This was complete bait and switch and no reputable OTA should be coming back after a customer purchases asking for more money. I told them I did not want to cancel and they cancelled my flight anyways. Avoid this scam company.

Cheapest flight we have booked for our family. Agent Vance helped us through all the process. Will use Shiva Again.

I booked a flight with this site and they said American Airlines did not accept the booking charges so they had to cancel my trip the next day. They advise me to re-book my trip. I re-booked my trip and paid an additional $125.00. Unfortunately I have had another bad experience. I logged into my American Airlines App to add my new itinerary 2 weeks later and the flight was not found, so I call American Airlines to check on it and Shiva Travel has canceled my flight again and has not notified me. Everytime I have called they tell me to call back in 2 hours for a manager or a manger will call me. I have yet to hear from anyone at Shiva Travel and as of today I still do not know if I have a valid flight for 08-30-19. Very frustrating. In all my years of traveling I have never experienced this problem before I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THIS SITE!
