Shixglow

I purchased a lotion and serum from them. The package got lost so I contacted DHL then emailed them they didnt respond within a couple days so i submitted a dispute with my bank. They noticed I submitted a dispute and got very angry. They then proceeded to try to gaslight me into thinking that it was my fault and that I di something wrong. Their customer service is horrible they blamed me for the shipment being lost and gaslighted me through several emails. If you are thinking about buying from them, PLEASE save yourself the headache and DONT/ If something goes wrong you will be blamed. The only reason i got my money back was because of my bank. Not to mention I was kicked out of the facebook group for sharing my negative experience They do not value you at ALL.
