Claim Your BusinessSo, my first experience with this company Shoe & Co, was on Amazon. But, they have a main website as well, which I started going to after. What originally led me to them was that they have shoes so much cheaper than a lot of other online shoe sites. I'm usually skeptical of these online shoe sites for obvious reasons, but I decided to give them a shot. They were great since my first order on Amazon! The shoes got to me fast, they were an awesome style, and in perfect condition, and fit great. The 2nd order, I had bought a size that was too small. But, they were able to help me with a return really quickly after requesting one. I didn't have to wait days for them to respond to my email, it took like an hour! That's golden to me as a customer. Now, I'm on my 5th order from them and counting. I have already started recommending friends and family look them up, and I would recommend the same to anyone!
I ordered the shoes in my regular size but they didn't fit so I requested a return authorization which took a couple of days. Keep in mind, this was an Amazon Prime order and the return was accepted but no shipping label - so I have to pay UPS - plus a 15% "restocking" fee. Have these people never heard of Zappos? Never again.
