Never ever EVER use Shoesurfing or any of their off shoots to purchase anything at all. They carry only a couple sizes per product and, if it doesn't fit, you can't exchange it (since they don't carry a variety of sizes) AND they will refuse to refund the money (even though they can't provide you with a shoe to exchange for) so you'll be stuck with a credit to their poorly stocked website. Oh and they falsely advertise that products will be in stock (or regularly restocked) so even if you think they'll have a size to exchange for, they will not. It's a scam, they have a very nice customer rep who I've spoke with but they have terrible policies and there's nothing that she is supposedly able to do about them. And I now have over a hundred dollars tied into this lame site and I'm out the cost of return shipping. Stick with Piperlime or Zappos or anywhere else really. At least they value a customer.

My online shopping experience with Shoesurfing was comparable to shopping on Amazon. It was a 5 star experience and I absolutely adore my new Ugg boots! They shipped my items the same day I ordered them and I recieved the package in 3 days. LOVE that kind of service. I will be back! Dani from Issaquah Washington.

I ordered from Shoesurfing.com about a week ago and got my brand new UGG boots this afternoon. At first they didn't have the boot that I wanted, but thanks to the wonderful girl Cassie I spoke to, I was able to get the same style in a color I ended up liking even better! On top of that they gave me a 10% refund on my order for my original boot being out of stock. I will definitely order from these guys again, if only so I can get another discount on something I would have paid full price for!

Dear People, the continuation of my UGG boot purchase is so bizarre, no one will believe it. However, maybe someone out there has had this experience? I can't imagine what the (*^#! Is going on here. Please note, I've not been leisurely hallucinating, nor lost brain function. I ordered UGG boots through the cozyboot website. When I went to check out, the logo on the pages turned into shoesurfing.com. What the? So I logged out, checked to see if this, too, is an authorized dealer, and it is. Ok, I know, this is nutttts. I went back to cozyboots.com (No, not cozyboots2, who are slithery crooks who don't speak English), and again turned up at shoesurfing.com. I checked out. I received the boots, and they were too small, despite the fact that every UGG boot I own is the size I ordered. Inside the box (there is no doubt these are authentic boots), there was a brochure from showsurfing.com. One side of it had the return address and the order number, and it was directed to be included with the return. The return address was to Valentine St in Ventura CA. The name with the return address is cozyboots.com Returns. I thought it was rather strange, but reboxed and shipped them UPS. Long story short, my boots are at the wrong business. I didn't just pick some address out of the sky, but neither company believes the absurdity of this situation. I'll never ever order UGG boots online again. My credit card was charged by shoesurfing.com. The rep is so inflexible that she won't discuss it anymore. So now I'm out lots o money, beautiful boots, and my credit card company will think I'm nuts as well. Thankfully, I have proof of where they are. What I need is the document in the box. Even after giving cozy the name of the receiver (employee) of the boots via UPS, she said that no one by that name works there. Zowie, I think I'll go jump in a snowbank, as this must be a dream...
